A requirement for Parish or Town Councils receiving Community infrastructure Levy (CIL) is that it must publish a report for any financial year in which it receives CIL receipts and any year in which an amount of CIL collected by it (whether in the reported year or any other) has not been spent. This report must be published on its website, no later than 31st December following the reported year.  The reports for the financial years 2016/17 and 2017/8 are available to view
